Working privately with Zenobia Graham at Madhouse Gym, you will receive hands-on, tactile coaching that ensures your posing evolves as your body tightens and changes.

The 6-Session Development Roadmap:

  • Phase 1: Foundation & Frame (Sessions 1-2): We nail down your mandatory poses with physical corrections to foot placement, rib cage expansion, and lat width.

  • Phase 2: The Signature Routine (Sessions 3-4): We develop your individual walk and transitions, turning static poses into a seamless, professional performance.

  • Phase 3: Stamina & Stage Simulation (Sessions 5-6): We build the endurance to “hold and squeeze” under pressure. These sessions involve high-intensity drills to ensure you never fade during long call-outs.

To get the most out of your 6-session journey at Madhouse Gym:

  • Guest Fees: If you are not a member of Madhouse Gym, please be prepared to cover the daily guest pass fee of $10 for each visit.
