One session identifies the problem; three sessions implement the solution. This private, 1-on-1 bundle is designed for the athlete who wants the “tactile” advantage. The 3-Session Progressive Focus:

Session 1: Structural Alignment. We break down your mandatories from the ground up. Zenobia will physically adjust your foot placement, hip tilt, and shoulder flares to maximize your specific shape.

Session 2: The Professional Flow. We move into transitions. You’ll learn how to “stay on” between poses and move with the grace and authority the judges expect.

Session 3: Stage Presence & Polish. We simulate show day. We focus on eye contact, facial expressions, and “the walk,” ensuring you feel dominant the moment you step out from the curtain.

Arrival & Preparation
To maximize your 1-on-1 time at Madhouse Gym:
Equipment: Bring your posing heels and suit (or form-fitting athletic wear) to every session.
Consistency: For best results, it is recommended to schedule these sessions 1–2 weeks apart to allow for practice time in between.
Facility Fee: Please remember that non-members of Madhouse Gym are responsible for the daily guest pass fee of $10 upon arrival.
