While you share the time block, you will not be doing the same workout as everyone else. Every individual in the session follows a program tailored to their specific physique and performance goals. Facility Access

Please note that Madhouse Gym charges a $10 daily guest fee for non-members, which must be paid at the front desk separately from your session booking.

Training more than once a week? To maximize your investment, we recommend looking into Madhouse Gym’s monthly membership options to waive the daily guest fee.

What to Expect

  • Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to pay your $10 facility fee at the Madhouse Gym front desk and get warmed up.

  • What to Bring: Water bottle, a towel, and a mindset ready to work.

  • The Session: I will check in with you on your specific goals for the day and guide you through your individual program, focusing heavily on your lifting mechanics.

  • The Vibe: High energy, focused, and professional. We are there to get better, and the small group environment keeps the motivation high.
